1. Introduction
Welcome to Texas Global Event Marketing. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our photography services, including but not limited to Food & Restaurant Photography, Product & Brand Shoots, Lifestyle Photography, and Event Photography/Videography. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the shoot.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.

3. Photoshoot & Deliverables

  • All photography services include professional image editing and retouching.
  • Images will be delivered in high-resolution digital format within 5-7 business days after the shoot.
  • Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

4. Usage Rights & Copyright

  • Texas Global Event Marketing retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
  • Images may not be resold, altered, or distributed to third parties without prior written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure the location is prepared and accessible for the scheduled shoot.
  • Any necessary permits for photography at specific locations must be arranged by the client.
  • The client is responsible for providing the necessary props, food styling, or products unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions & Modifications

  • Clients may request minor revisions within 7 days of image delivery. Additional editing beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Any modifications must be requested in writing.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • Texas Global Event Marketing is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, or client delays.
  • In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen technical issues, our liability is limited to rescheduling the shoot or refunding the client.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Texas Global Event Marketing harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of images.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All client information and images will be handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Texas Global Event Marketing reserves the right to use select images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Qatar.
